Evanston warning residents about mosquito spraying

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -
The city of Evanston is going to start sending out text messages and e-mail alerts about mosquito spraying and West Nile cases.
It normally takes city officials up to 48 hours to get the information out through normal channels and they hope the text messages and e-mails will speed things up.
Six cases of West Nile have been reported in Evanston and the city has been spraying to deal with the problem.
