A ComEd rate hike request has been delayed until October 3.
The hike is centered on how ComEd accounts for its pension assets.
The Illinois Commerce Commission previously approved a rate that ComEd said no to, saying they can't earn a return on a pension that's not fully funded.
The ICC proposed an even bigger cut to ComEd costs because of the pension issue.
