Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. may return to Mayo Clinic

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. may return to the Mayo Clinic to continue his treatment for bipolar disorder.

He has been trying to recover for about fourth months now, and that is his medical challenge.

Jackson also faces some legal challenges, since the House Ethics Committee launched an investigation regarding his alleged involvement with the sale of President Barack Obama's Senate seat, vacated when he was elected to the top office in 2008.

A separate federal probe is also investigating suspicious activity in his financial accounts. The Washington Post reported the feds are looking into possible misuse of his campaign funds. Sources told FOX Chicago News that $20,000 was spent on his renovating his apartment there in Washington.
