Bookies Bar & Grille now offering weekend brunch

Bookies Bar & Grille is now offering a weekend brunch menu from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Ingredients:
1 T green onion
2 T butter
3 oz. diced cooked potato
2 oz. diced Canadian bacon
1 oz. roasted red pepper
2 eggs
1 oz. hollandaise
salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Melt butter over med-high heat add diced potato. Once potato's are browned add red pepper and Canadian bacon. In another pan, cook off eggs and add salt and pepper to taste. Place scrambled eggs over potato's top with hollandaise and garnish with green onion.
